Annapolis Neck home prices rose in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Annapolis Neck rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 71%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $628,000 - a 4.7% increase over the $600,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in November 2020.
