Ben Wieman, alongside two other former Archbishop Spalding High School standouts, played on Monday, Feb. 24 in NCAA Division II baseball game for Frostburg State Bobcats

On Monday, Feb. 24, three former Archbishop Spalding High School standouts, including Ben Wieman, Cody Sharman and Nate Vermillion’s current college team, the Frostburg State Bobcats, lost 8-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Goldey-Beacom Lightning.

The game took place at USA Baseball National Training Complex. This was their second matchup against the Lightning this season.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at Bowen Field against Bluefield State Big Blues.
