Anne Arundel County Board of Appeals met June 12.
Here is the agenda provided by the Board:
Present: Mr. Forgo, Chairman, Mr. Devlin, Mr. Dove, Mr. Hare, and Ms. Baker Blackshear, Members.
Amanda E. Schmidt, Counsel to the Board.
Absent: Mr. Middlebrooks, Vice Chairman and Mr. Breitenbach, Member.
The hearing was convened at 6:31 p.m.
The Board convened to hear testimony on case no. BA 43-17A, Henry B. Goddard, William Jones, and Gregory Phillips.
Ms. Christine Neiderer, County attorney, made Motion to Dismiss the case. Mr. Henry Goddard, a Petitioner, argued against the motion.
Mr. Hare made a motion, seconded by Mr. Devlin, to deny the dismissal. The motion failed two (2) to three (3) with Mr. Forgo, Mr. Dove and Ms. Blackshear opposed.
Ms. Blackshear made a motion, seconded by Mr. Dove, to grant the dismissal. The motion carried three (3) to two (2) with Mr. Devlin and Mr. Hare opposed.
The hearing was adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
