Anne Arundel County issued the following announcement on July 5.
On July 4, 2018 at approximately 9:14 a.m., officers responded to a commercial robbery at the Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant located at 5008 Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park.
Restaurant employees stated the suspect entered the business from the rear door, displayed a handgun, and demanded money from the register.
The employees complied and the suspect fled back out the rear door of the business.
Numerous officers including police canine responded to canvass the area but the suspect was not located.
Suspect: Black male, approximately 5’6”, thin build, mask covering lower half of his face, baseball hat, gloves
