Anne Arundel County Board of Appeals met Sept. 5.

Present: Mr. Forgo, Chairman, Mr. Hare, and Mr. Devlin, Members. Amanda E. Schmidt, Counsel to the Board.
Absent: Mr. Middlebrooks, Vice Chairman, Mr. Dove, Ms. Baker Blackshear, and Mr. Breitenbach, Members.
The hearing was convened at 3:33 p.m.
The Board convened to hear testimony on case number BA 24-18A, Kyle Squires, Chessie Homes, LLC.
Ms. Kelly Kenney, County attorney, made a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. Mr. Kyle Squires, Petitioner, argued against the motion.
Mr. Devlin made a motion, seconded by Mr. Hare, to deny the motion to dismiss.
The motion carried two (2) to one (1), with Mr. Forgo, Chairman, opposed.
The merits of the case were heard.
The hearing was adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
