Anne Arundel County Board of Appeals met Aug. 30.

Present: Mr. Hare, Acting Chairman, Mr. Middlebrooks, Vice Chairman, Mr. Devlin, Mr. Dove, and Ms. Baker Blackshear, Members.
Amanda E. Schmidt, Counsel to the Board.
Absent: Mr. Forgo, Chairman, and Mr. Breitenbach, Members.
The hearing was convened at 5:30 p.m.
The Board convened to hear testimony on case number BA 31-18A, Jessica Hilton and Aaron Voorhees.
Mr. Ritter, County attorney, made a Motion to Dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. The Petitioner was opposed.
Mr. Dove made a motion, seconded by Mr. Devlin, to grant the Motion to Dismiss. It was amended to refund the Petitioner’s $250.00 fee for the appeal filing. The motion carried unanimously.
The hearing was adjourned at 5:41 p.m.
